APPLICATIONS
TCU series tissue culture chambers meet the specifications of controlled temperature, for tissue culture and genetic experiments. They come in three standard sizes of 500, 1000 and 1500 liters working space.
CHAMBERS DESIGNED FOR FLEXIBILITY
CDR’s TCU
series chambers are specifically designed with highly efficient but thin wall polyurethane insulation to minimize the use of your
laboratory space. Interior and exterior walls are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel (304). They are equipted with
multi-tiered
shelving units with adjustable height in 2.4cm steps. Every chamber has full front size door opening(s) for easy access and an
internal glass door that allows monitoring of every single shelve.
CONDENSATION-FREE CULTURE VESSELS
The air that is delivered vertically upward at a slow speed through each shelf eliminates condensation problems in culture vessels.
FLUORESCENT LIGHTING
Standard lighting on every chamber includes fluorescent light fixtures mounted vertically on the sides of the cabinets and (optionally)
on the chamber's door(s) separated from the working area by dual pane sealed glass barriers. Lighting intensity is adjustable
from 100 to 200 ìmole/m2 s at 150mm from the light canopy (optionally at any light intensity) .
