The freeze - thaw test chamber FRZ /wa ramp was designed to meet different standards that are performed by subjecting products to cycles of freezing in air and thawing in water, in order to determine the freeze resistance of materials like adhesives for tiles, clay roofing etc.
The advantage of this apparatus is that it replaces two different appliances and that it reduces time and human cost because it is fully automatic. The great flexibility of the control software enables you to adapt the chamber to various freeze resistance tests.

We have combined the best in PLC based control technology for temperature stability and ramp and soak capability with an interactive graphical display which is informative, easy to learn and easy to use. The most important part of the user Interface is the touch control color TFT screen which provides a mimic graphical representation of chamber’s systems. This mimic plant allows for easy and rapid verification of real time program steps, set points and actual values. The symbols, icons and pull-down menus on all of the screens have been designed to be simple to use and easy to recognize.
This high quality machine is build to last. It features stainless steel (304 optionally 316) internal and external surfaces, lid liner, and specimen racks. Has 120mm non flammable non CFC foam insulation, which is ideal for continuous operation and reduced operating cost. Tropical refrigeration design protects compressors and prolongs life, keeping working during all operating conditions. Care has been taken to use a minimum number of fittings, joints and welds to reduce the possibility of refrigerant leaks.
Optionally chamber is equipped with a continuous paper recorder that makes possible the reading of reports with indication of all needed parameters for a complete and right evaluation of functioning cycles.
