Environment controlled chambers

CDR manufactures a complete line of Environmental test Chambers especially designed to simulate natural weather conditions for conditioning different materials or products, or for testing electronic & mechanical components in extreme or under control changing conditions.
Our range of ENV/DG chambers are supplied / fitted with microprocessor PID controllers which can be used as single set point system for long term stability tests and ENV/CMP2 are supplied / fitted with a Fully programmable microprocessor controlled PID control system for cyclic type testing (with ramp and soak capabilities).
DG control system is fitted with an alpha-numeric display and CMP2 with an easy to read user friendlygraphical display that can be used either for testing parameters or for process monitoring.

All chambers are fabricated using corrosion free stainless steel and all access openings feature gasket seals for performance and durability. There are three variations of internal design. You can select between heavy duty shelves with rolling out mechanism, basket type shelves made of stainless steel net with rolling out mechanism or stable stainless steel shelving racks.
Two phase direct expansion systems based on hermetic air cooled condensing units provide constant flow of refrigerant through coils with continuous mixing of liquid and hot gas phases and ensures high temperature stability.
